Cinema Parenthèse and iMAL are very pleased to invite the german filmmaker Helga Fanderl to present a personally selected super 8 film program. As a student of both Peter Kubelka and Robert Breer, Fanderl has created her own specific working methods, attitudes, and cinematic expressions. For instance, it is crucial for her to confront and work in the present, to process the various pro-cinematic impressions directly in the camera (as a kind of live filming) without any form of post-production.

Videoart.Ist International Video Art Screening Program in Turkey, also known as Efes Video Arts Screenings and the program is nomadic event. We seek experimental and conceptual video art works and experimental short films including experimental narrative and experimental documentary.Screenings are held at different times and places. Submissions now open for Screener Short Films 3rd Edition
We are a Hackney (London) based Short films night. We are willing to showcase the selected shorts on a venue in East London on the 11th of February 2022.
We are looking for short films ( max 30 min length). We are accepting four major categories, including experimental short films as one of them.
The 2021 edition of Courtisane Festival (October 20-24 Ghent. Belgium) will feature as its artists in focus Sandra Lahire, a central member of the feminist and experimental filmmaking community in London in the 1980s and 1990s; and Swedish documentarians C.W. Winter & Anders Edström.

Spanish filmmaker Bruno Delgado Ramo joins us on Thursday, October 7, 2021 to present a screening of his Super 8mm films. This screening complements his residency in the fourth edition of the BAICC Residencias Artísticas Internacionales de Creacion Cinematográfica, a collaboration between the (S8) Mostra Internacional de Cinema Periférico, Acción Cultural Española (AC/E) and LIFT.
