    That One Film Festival is a biennial film festival dedicated to screening and exhibiting works of moving image that are experimental, weird, obsessive, no/low budget, avant-garde and fun. We are committed to supporting emerging and experimental creators, as well as engaging and educating audiences by facilitating film screenings and broadening an understanding of what moving image can be. We enthusiastically encourage and invite experimental filmmakers, emerging artists, students and other creators to exhibit their work and engage the Delaware County community.

  • At The Fringe 2020: Open Call for Experimental Films and Videopoems

    At The Fringe is an international arts festival taking place in Sweden for the sixth time! For eight days between June and July, practitioners from Sweden and other countries working with different disciplines - visual art, literature, dance and film - will meet and conduct around 70 events (exhibitions, screenings, performances, lectures, workshops, meetings).

  • IV International Bad Video Art Festival - Open Call

    The fourth edition of Bad Video Art Festival will take place in Moscow, Russia, in 2020.

    We are looking for videos which are at the intersection of bad art, bad painting and bad cinema. We propose to study extreme forms of video art and single out certain video art works as bad videos or "B-videos". Join us if you are interested in the issues of quality and boundaries of art, or just love video art.

    The Mostra del Cinema di Genova is devoted to cinema as an art form. We will privilege, in our selection, films with a poetic or visionary value, experimental and thought provoking films, avant-garde works and innovative languages. Equal importance will be given to fiction and non-fiction works, to features and shorts, and the festival’s Grand Prix, dedicated to Eadweard Muybridge (Grand Prix Pigeon Flying, Plate 755, 2500 euros cash prize) will be assigned to the Best Film, regardless of genre, duration and theme.

    The 3rd Annual Film and Video Poetry Symposium will be held in July 2020. Call for entries are now open!

    Poets, filmmakers, media artists, and video artists are called to submit their work to the 3rd Annual Film and Video Poetry Symposium. This festival and symposium will screen a large scope of film and video projects developed through the medium of poetry. The symposium programmers also curate and present a 30 day gallery exhibit in conjunction with the film screenings.
