Luis Grané

Luis Grané (b. Argentina 1967) is a visual artist and director. Lives and works in Los Angeles, California. Emmy award winner, his experimental videos and video installations have been shown in festivals and museums around the world. Grané worked in the entertainment industry as an animator and designer for studios like Sony, DreamWorks, Warner Bros, Disney, Pixar, Aardman and Laika. In such films as Ratatouille (Academy Award winner for best animated feature) The Matrix, The Boxtrolls (Academy Award nominee Best Animated Feature), Hotel Transylvania, Spirit (Academy Award nominee Best Animated Feature) and SpiderMan 2 (Academy Award winner for Best Visual Effects) among others.

He is an Adjunct professor at USC School of Cinematic Arts, John C. Hench Division of Animation + Digital Arts.
