The 25th Tel Aviv International Student Film Festival is delighted to invite you:
Students in their last year, graduate students and Independent filmmakers to submit your recent films to the 2023 Experimental Film & Video Competition.
TISFF, dating back from 1986, showcases a new generation of film talents from around the world. The festival is an opportunity for young filmmakers to present short innovative cinema, and participate in gala screenings, masterclasses, conferences, and special tributes.
You are invited to MONO NO AWARE XVI; the free to attend, all ages, open to the public expanded cinema arts festival. KRAUT FILM presents a Japanese experimental feature NEKO-MIMI［猫耳］(HD version) by Jun Kurosawa.
NEKO-MIMI is a masterpiece of 1990s Japanese cinema. Experimental film in which three girls and one boy lead playful lives. Just as a game, in which the course is determined from beginning to end by certain rules, can be played time and again, their lives are also endless repetition. Reflecting on the hidden puzzle in this film may be the same as reflecting on the essence of cinema. KRAUT FILM presents a new HD-restored version from the 16mm print.

Filmmaker Chris H. Lynn will present his latest audiovisual work "A Season Close to Mountains." at the Hyattsville Library's Independent Film Series program.
