  • That One Film Festival

    That One Film Festival is a biennial film festival dedicated to screening and exhibiting works of moving image that are experimental, weird, obsessive, no/low budget, avant-garde and fun. We are committed to supporting emerging and experimental creators, as well as engaging and educating audiences by facilitating film screenings and broadening an understanding of what moving image can be. We enthusiastically encourage and invite experimental filmmakers, emerging artists, students and other creators to exhibit their work and engage the Delaware County community.

  • At The Fringe 2020: Open Call for Experimental Films and Videopoems

    At The Fringe is an international arts festival taking place in Sweden for the sixth time! For eight days between June and July, practitioners from Sweden and other countries working with different disciplines - visual art, literature, dance and film - will meet and conduct around 70 events (exhibitions, screenings, performances, lectures, workshops, meetings).

  • Sudden Outbreaks #1-4 / Japanese Experimental Cinema

    A collaboration between Bozar and Cinema Parenthèse, this series of four events focuses on pioneering and prominent Japanese filmmakers and artists whose work has rarely, if at all, been shown in Belgium before. The programmes seek to present a wide range of audacious filmic practices with bold formal experimentation married to lyrical styles in works that lie on the margins of visual culture  during the 1960s, 70s and 80s.
