Moinho Cine Fest is an international film festival with screening fees and prize money. The 7th edition will take place in April 2024 Matosinhos, Portugal. You can submit yours short, micro and/or nano film unreleased or premiered from January 2023 (including) through FilmFreeway between June 1 and December 31.
