Screendance event during Nuit blanche à Montréal, curated by Kim-Sanh Châu & Guillaume Vallée. This program was built around the theme of Nuit blanche this year: remix. The selected works deal with the reappropriation, recycling and remixing of media elements of our daily life and existing works through singular videodances!

A film is a cut in a cut in a cut.Lygia Clark escaped with the paint out of the frame, created in the cut, an escape cut.The screen is a frame, a defined space, that if the contents have escaped by a cut, the limit becomes the whole.

También confecciona cuidadosamente sus propios programas de proyección para cada ocasión y los presenta en persona. En esta charla performativa, expondrá con detalle en qué consiste su práctica fílmica y lo ejemplificará con una serie de piezas que proyectará ella misma en Super 8.
The One Minute Artists Moving Image Festival North Wales takes place Friday 23rd, Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th February 2018. Throughout the weekend an eclectic mix of artists moving image made by local, national and international artist/film makers will be screening at various venues including BALACLAFA CARN, Pitchblack Paradise and in the CARNafan (situated on Castle Square, Caernarfon).

The Milwaukee Underground Film Festival is a student run film festival devoted to showcasing independent, artist driven cinema. For nearly two decades we have been programming filmmakers that defy convention in an attempt to amplify unheard voices. Our festival celebrates the potential of cinema to imbue a community with excitement, critical discussion, and open-mindedness through the presentation of new artistic forms.
