Media City Film Festival is now accepting entries for its 26th edition, taking place in person June 20–24, 2023 in Windsor-Detroit. Feature-length and short moving image artworks will be considered.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Media City Film Festival will consider films completed in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023, along with select works which have previously screened at MCFF virtually during this timeframe (especially those completed on analogue formats). If you submitted work to the festival in 2021, and would like us to reconsider your film for the 2023 edition, you may re-submit. 

MCFF will continue to observe the advice of public health officials and reserves the right to implement its own safety measures during its 2023 edition. At this stage the organization is planning to present the festival in person. MCFF reserves the right to determine the method through which we will present the coming edition should local or global health and safety conditions change. All artists will be informed of these decisions in advance of public program announcements.
