Elle Burchill: Adrift is a selection of videos spanning from 2004 to 2018. Burchill's imagery consists of more than 25 single-channel, multi-screen and installation works. Burchill's videos might best be described by three categories: poetic personal cinema, experimental documents, and performance video, however, the boundaries often overlap. Burchill usually works with a hand-held camera using it as a telescope, a magnifying glass, and a mirror.

ALTERNATIVE FILM/VIDEO 2020 will take place from 9-13 December at Students’ City Cultural Center in Belgrade, as a hybrid edition. A majority of the program will be showcased online, and in case of a more favorable situation some of the programs will be shown live.

NICKY HAMLYN is a British filmmaker, artist and published author working in Structural film. He has been making films for three decades.
