Video artists from all over the world are invited to submit their works for the tenth edition of International Video Art Festival Now&After that will be held at WINZAVOD Contemporary Art Center 21.10-11.11.2020
International Video Art Festival Now&After is annually held in Moscow, Russia since 2011. The festival program is traditionally presented as a video art exhibition.
Award-winning composer, Matthew Grouse, in collaboration with filmmaker and visual artist Andy Sowerby, combines sight, sound and even touch in a multi-layered exploration of the body’s largest sensory organ – our skin. CONTACT is a performance where our sense of touch is enhanced equally to that of seeing and hearing using custom-built, tactile instruments amongst more familiar ones.

The WNDX Festival of Moving Image is seeking entries for its 15th edition, to take place October 7-11, 2020 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. We are interested in new and engaging moving-image works that deviate from traditional cinematic forms (whatever that means). Consideration will be given to theatrical films, installations, expanded cinema performances and more.
The 3rd Cosmic Rays Film Festival will beam into Chapel Hill on Thursday, March 5th and Friday, March 6th, to present 6 programs of performances and film screenings that explore the artistic possibilities of film and media. All events including all screenings and performances are free and open to the public. Screenings will be held at the historic Varsity Theater (123 E. Franklin Street), and performances will be held at Nightlight (405 ½ W. Rosemary Street).

Every year, FRACTO Experimental Film Encounter invites artists to present experimental film works which explore today’s perceptual landscape and question its set of technological configurations and to engage with the public to discuss current forms of audiovisual experimental art.
FRACTO is now accepting submissions for its 4th edition, which will take place at Kunsthaus ACUD in Berlin from May 27-31, 2020.
25 FPS Festival promotes and screens film types and genres that cross and broaden the notion of film as art, innovative explorations of cinematic language, narration and medium. Festival is open to expressive original concepts, progresses in terms of theme, idea and aesthetics, as well as works that perpetuate the tradition of avant-garde and experimental film.
