Este programa, comisariado por Andrea Franco, trata de recoger la fascinación por la Astronomía y el Cosmos de una serie de cineastas que, ya desde los orígenes del cine, han explorado la apariencia y los misterios del universo. La pantalla se despliega aquí como un cielo nocturno capaz de revelar, no solo fenómenos invisibles a simple vista, como muestran los films de Emily Richardson o Dominic Angerame, sino también fantasías extravagantes, fruto de la imaginación del artista, (Segundo de Chomón, Georges Méliès…).
Experimental Series - Salt Lake City (EXPS/SLC) is an experimental video/film series hosted by the School of Dance + Film & Media Arts at the University of Utah.
We especially encourage women, queer, and disabled creators whose work is rooted in experimental approaches addressing movement, dance, choreography, and/or the body to apply. Please apply if your film incorporates movement or the body, but would not typically be considered "traditional dance" (ie: "Bridges Go Round" by Shirley Clarke).

2st Pan-Cinema Experimental - Curitiba Int`l Exp. Film Fest invites artists, filmmakers, and students worldwide to submit their works! Pan-cinema Experimental is an international experimental film festival that will take place in August 2023, at Curitiba Cinematheque, Curitiba, Brazil.
Calls for Brazilian and international entries are open with no time limit for films and in the following formats: digital, super 8mm, 16mm, and 35mm.
We’re excited to announce that the call for submissions for our next group show is now open! The show will take place in July 2023 in Los Angeles, and is currently under the working title “Untitled Sun Valley.” The show will feature primarily film and video works, and performance.
