El ciclo de cine experimental Xcèntric inaugura un conjunto de cuatro sesiones en paralelo a la temática planteada en la exposición "1.000m2 de deseo. Arquitectura y sexualidad" del CCCB. Este ciclo, que empieza el próximo domingo 12 de febrero y acaba el 23 de febrero, presenta una selección de películas de autores y autoras como Fred Halsted, Kazuo Hara, Barbara Rubin, Kenneth Anger, Jack Smith, James Herbert y Stan Brakhage.
Pablo Mazzolo (1976, Buenos Aires, Argentina) actualmente vive y trabaja en Buenos Aires. Estudió Diseño de Imagen y Sonido en la Universidad de Buenos Aires (FADU). Sus películas exploran los bordes entre el sujeto, lo real, el sueño, y el tiempo, a través de la especificidad del medio fílmico.

25 FPS Festivalis inviting new films to apply for the International Competition of the 2017 edition taking place in Zagreb between September 28th and October 1st.
We're searching for innovative explorations of cinematic language, narration and the medium itself, film types and genres that cross and broaden the notion of film as art. Festival is open to expressive original concepts, progresses in terms of theme, idea and aesthetics, as well as works that perpetuate the tradition of avant-garde and experimental film.
