Here are a couple of links to a modest re-mix project of one of my earliest video pieces, Virus. I have sampled material from a decaying VHS and reworked the elements into stills montages.

The piece was born out of the frustrations of growing-up in a small, inward looking, town in Northern Ireland. At the time, I really didn't have access to any proper facilities and was, perhaps, too close to the material to do it justice.

With this new interpretation, I hope I'm looking back with the objectivity and tools (Photoshop) to get the most out of the material.
