Just published! Moving Image Artists Journal issue 3 is now available to read online.

This issue is entirely dedicated to an exquisite corpse film initiated by artist Sapphire Goss during the first lockdown and made in collaboration with 23 artists and filmmakers from around the world.

Taking inspiration from the Surrealists' exquisite corpse method, each contributor would see the last few seconds of the previous film in the sequence and continue in their own way. The project resulted in two strands, both are available to watch in this issue, alongside interviews with each of the contributors and an essay by Sapphire Goss on her own practice and collaborative filmmaking under the spell of covid-19.
