We hereby announce an open international competition “Freedom of Form”, organised as a part of Interference Festival. Interference Foundation – the main organiser of the Interference Festival of Visual Communication Forms in Gdańsk – is pleased to open the competition “Freedom of Form”, inviting entries of visual works in one of four main competition categories:

1.FOUND FOOTAGE [max 5 mins]2.MUSIC VIDEO [max 10mins]3.CREATIVE ADVERTISING PIECE [max 5 mins]4.EXPERIMENTAL SHORT VISUAL PIECE [max 8mins]

The Festival is held in Gdańsk on 7-8 October 2016, and the official announcement of the winners will take place during the Prize-Giving Ceremony on 8 October 2016. This international competition constitutes a key part of the Festival. Its aim is to recognise outstanding short visual productions, both commercial and non-commercial.

The following prizes will be awarded in the competition:

Grand Prix 2500 zł (gross value) in categories:- Found Footage- Video Clip- Creative Advertising Piece- Experimental Short Visual Piece

Additional financial prizes:- Audience Prize 2000zł (gross value)

The remaining prizes will be in kind. The financial prizes are sponsored by the City of Gdańsk. Information pack is enclosed with this announcement.Competition entries must be submitted before 1 September 2016 only via server: www.contest.interferencefestival.com

In order for the submission to be accepted, the entry form must be correctly filled in and signed (with scanned signature) which includes the acceptance of the Competition Terms and Conditions, containing details of the competition requirements and procedures.
