That One Film Festival is a biennial film festival dedicated to screening and exhibiting works of moving image that are experimental, weird, obsessive, no/low budget, avant-garde and fun. We are committed to supporting emerging and experimental creators, as well as engaging and educating audiences by facilitating film screenings and broadening an understanding of what moving image can be. We enthusiastically encourage and invite experimental filmmakers, emerging artists, students and other creators to exhibit their work and engage the Delaware County community.

We are now accepting submissions for the 2020 festival. Submissions are open November 1st-January 15th through Film Freeway. Screenings will take place at the Cornerstone Center for the Arts, and media installations and parties take place at the PlySpace Gallery.

The festival is a program of the Muncie Arts and Culture Council and takes place in Muncie, Indiana. The next festival will take place April 10th & 11th, 2020.
