Designed Reminiscence Vol.2 is the second event in a larger screening series of the same name. The program includes films and videos - from the world over - that explore concepts of family, home and memory. By focusing on these essential components of the human experience, Designed Reminiscence attempts to bridge the geographic and cultural realities that inspire our persons and our images.

A weekend focus on female pioneers who have brought new representations of women to the screen, made the camera a weapon for emancipation and have innovated film language: From Les Insoumuses, Carole Roussopoulos & Delphine Seyrig, to Barbara Hammer, and Carolee Schneemann.
