Originally The Casserole Series worked as Sunday salons inviting visual artists, installation artists, poets, writers, sound artists, printmakers, and musicians to showcase their work in an intimate setting. Due to the current pandemic, the series has moved online. Each Sunday an artist's work is featured accompanied by an interview.

  • IV MUTA International Festival of Audiovisual Appropriation

    Before the hegemony of the image, succumb or doubt them. We choose the latter. Question what it represents and search beyond its surface. We believe in the multiple possibilities of interpretation of moving images and the power that their appropriation has to demonstrate it. Coating, manipulating or reusing have been frequent concepts in each of our previous editions. And this year, due to the health context, we add another that defines us fully: mutate.

  • Online screenings and other events by Video Art Miden in July

    July would normally be the month that the biennial festival of Video Art Miden would take place in open public spaces in Kalamata, Greece. Due to the recent implications with the coronavirus measures globally, the festival in physical spaces has been postponed, but Video Art Miden team started, already since April, during the strict quarantine in Greece, to present curated video art programs online on a monthly basis on Miden's youtube channel, continuing at the same time its collaborations with other organizations in Greece and abroad.
