We are a short film festival based in Hackney, London. We will screen the finalist films on a specific Hackney venue. Our Festival takes place twice a year.
At Screener Short Films we showcase the best and most outstanding international short films.Our mission is to encourage and support filmmakers throughout their creative process in order to provide the recognition they deserve.We are a platform whose main goal is to provide a space for short independent films which create their own unique language and content.
FRACTO offers a workshop on experimental film archive practice, held by Emmanuel Lefrant in conversation with Federico Rossin and aimed especially at young artists and the next generation of programmers interested in experimental film production and the management of film archives.

Experiments in Cinema is an annual international festival celebrating current trends and history of international cinematic experimentation. Experiments in Cinema is a non-competitive festival produced by Basement Films and based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This year we celebrate our 17th festival and our 3rd virtual festival. We are thrilled to share the festival in full and free of charge to everyone in the international community in this virtual format, and we look forward to welcoming you all back to the meat space of the Guild Cinema in Albuquerque in 2023.
