The [url=http://www.houseoftoast.ca/mediacity/index.html ][b]13th Media City Festival[/b][/url] for experimental film and video art, held at Windsior, Ontario (Canada), has announced the award winners for this year's edition. The jury was comprised by Helga Fanderl (Germany), Christophe Bichon (France) and Bart Testa (Canada).

 The awards are:
