This October and November, Ute Aurand and Robert Beavers will be visiting Australia for the first time to present the program, The Films of Ute Aurand, Robert Beavers and Gregory J Markopoulos, at AGNSW on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 October, and at the Australian Cinémathèque at QAGOMA on Friday 3 November to Sunday 5 November. In Melbourne, Ute will present her films at ACMI on Tuesday 7 November, and Robert will introduce his films and Markopoulos's films at the Melbourne Cinematheque on Wednesday 8 November.
In Sydney, the Power Institute will host a public talk by Robert on the Temenos archive, and a masterclass by Ute and Robert at the Sydney College of the Arts.
The screenings and events in Sydney and Brisbane are free but the Sydney screenings and events require bookings.
