25 FPS Festival presents films which explore the possibilities of cinematic language, narration and the medium itself and broaden the notion of film as art. It promotes expressive original concepts, progresses in terms of theme, idea and aesthetics, as well as works that perpetuate the tradition of avant-garde and experimental film.

Festival invites filmmakers, artists, producers and distributors to submit films until 31st of May 2023. Entry form and Festival Regulations are available at www.25fps.hr.

Selected works will be announced on 31st of July 2023 and presented through 25 FPS Festival main program - International Competition.

25 FPS Festival has no submission fee.
