25 FPS Festival promotes and screens film types and genres that cross and broaden the notion of film as art, innovative explorations of cinematic language, narration and medium. Festival is open to expressive original concepts, progresses in terms of theme, idea and aesthetics, as well as works that perpetuate the tradition of avant-garde and experimental film.

We invite filmmakers, artists, producers and distributors to submit films till 31st of May 2021Entry form and Festival Regulations are available on our web-page, and for quick and easy five step pass through entries, consult answers to frequently asked questions.

Selected works will be announced on 31st of July 2021 and presented through 25 FPS Festival main program - International Competition. Seventeenth festival edition will take place in Zagreb between 23rd and 26th of September 2021, and till then, we're looking forward to see new works, whether film or video.
