Designed Reminiscence Vol.3 is the third event in a larger screening series (of the same name) that explores concepts of family, home and memory. These words evoke a different meaning in each of us, however they also remain an intimate reality of our collective consciousness. By focusing on these essential components of the human experience, Designed Reminiscence aims to highlight a common experiential thread while celebrating the unique personal vision of each artist.

Moving-image work (experimental, video art etc) must be under 15 minutes and relate to the themes mentioned above - all formats will be considered

To submit your work, please send an email (w/ subject line Designed Reminiscence Vol.3) to [email protected]. Be sure to include the following information:

  • Title of work and date of completion
  • Short description of work
  • Name and bio of artist
  • An active link to your work
  • A link to your personal website

The screening will take place in Brooklyn, New York at Al's Cinematheque. The exact date is yet to be determined, but will likely happen sometime in March of 2020. Please visit alexfaoro.net/ in the coming months for more information.
