Organized at the initiative of the Culture and Arts association in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, to build a visual artistic future for the new generations, upgrading contemporary art and presenting“Video Art” artists from all the world.

​This forum is the first one in the Gulf that is interested in this art and devoted to it annually, keeping up with developments in display, publishing, criticism and renewal.


  • The Participation is open for artists from all over the world : individuals or groups.
  • The Video duration does not be more than 10 minutes and must be produced during the years from 2017 to 2019.
  • The video presented in the forum must have high quality and accuracy.
  • The video must contain the name of the artist, director, participant, producer, as well as the year of production.
  • The participant can present  2 videos as maximum.
  • The Forum does not accept any films :movies, documentaries or commercial.
  • The forum accepts video art ; animation, cartoons, interactive works and virtual reality.
  • The dialogues included in the video is preferred to be translated in Arabic or English.
  • Selection of the participating video will be choosed by the forum committee, participants will be informed if their video art works was accepted or rejected with sitting the reasons.
  • The forum canuse parts of the images or video of the work involved in the advertising campaigns, the media and the website with the rights of the owner.
  • Participants will be informed if their videos will be used in any otherlocal or international forums.
  • Last submissions will be accepted in October 1, 2019.
  • By Your participation in the Forum you accept all the forum conditions and you pledge to the Forum to retain all rights to the artwork.
