The Call for Entries for the next edition is now open!

L’Alternativa, Barcelona Independent Film Festival offers filmgoers, filmmakers and industry professionals a unique opportunity to discover and enjoy screenings and activities that value creative freedom, diversity, innovation, commitment and thought-provoking reflection.

L’Alternativa's 29th edition will take place from 18 Nov. to 4 Dec. 2022, and will be a hybrid event: onsite* and online.
The main onsite venue is the Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona (CCCB).
