The FESTIVAL ECRÃ is an event of audiovisual experiments that thinks the audiovisual work as a product that can be experienced in different ways, whether on screen or in a new environment.

This project arose from the desire to question the film industry and its "primordial elements" and to give space for filmographers and artists to experiment freely in audiovisual production and meaning.

The submissions for Festival ECRÃ's third edition will start this Friday, February 1st.

All kinds of experimental films are welcome. Feature, medium lenght, shorts, video art, installations. The festival runs in Rio de Janeiro between 11 and 21 of July.
