    Moinho Cine Fest is an international film festival, exclusively dedicated to a one minute films and to mobile films with maximum duration of 5 minutes.

    In last edition, with designation of M Film Festival, this film festival received 570 submissions from 70 countries. The official selection was 63 films from 38 countries.

    This year, Moinho Cine Fest born from M Film Festival, that it will have a 2nd edition, and Moinho Cine Fest will take in April 2020 in Custóias, Leça do Balio and Guifões parish, Matosinhos, Portugal.
