Organized by Edson Barrus and yann beauvais, edited by .txt texto de cinema and produced by Rose Lima (Experimento Produções), the book Bcubico contains texts by Ana Lira, Anthony McCall, Edson Barrus, eRikm, Jean-Michel Bouhours, Keith Sanborn, Malcom Le Grice, Matthias Müller, Nathalie Magnan, Peggy Ahwesh, Recombo, Ricardo Ruiz, VALIE EXPORT, yann beauvais, Ж and other cultural actors involved in the project. Composed mostly of analytical texts, reflections, testimonies and transcripts of certain artistic interventions, among the 17 exhibitions, 29 meetings, and 110 lectures made possible in and by the space.

The publication is supported by the Government of the State of Pernambuco, through the Funcultura Geral, and proposes a trilingual book (Portuguese, French, and English) with a print version (1,000 copies).

B³ - space

Bcubico was a private initiative led by artists, open and accessible, dedicated to the demonstration, exhibition of experimental films, video art, digital and performative art works through exhibitions, laboratories, meetings and trainings, in its facilities or in partnership with several local and international institutions (MAMAM, Portomídia, Sesc, Murillo La Greca Museum, Design Center of the Federal University of Pernambuco, Garanhuns Winter Festival, Cesar, Georges Pompidou Center, Espace Multimedia Gantner, Light Cone, Wexner Art Center, Consulate General of France in the Northeast and several artists). It enabled the discovery of works, promoted meetings with foreign, national, and Pernambuco artists, and also made available books, videos, and contemporary digital works through a documentation center.
