WatchOut! is an open air Film Festival organized by CBC Loja. The Sixth edition of WatchOut! Film Festival will Take place from 23 to 26 of May 2017 in Tetovo.

The place of the festival will be in the the garden of the communist museum. In that space during the night the film projections will go on, separated in categories.

Winners will be invited to come to the festival and receive the prize. WatchOut! Is organized by CBC Loja and Goethe Institut - Skopje

The Festival is open to any form, budgets or techniques. However the films will be divided in three main categories: 1. Short Feature Film, 2. Documentary Film and 3 .Experimental & Animation section.

One author can apply with more films. The best films from the competition program will be awarded, and the authors will be invited to take a part of the festival. We are fully covering accommodation costs, and travel costs up to 300 euro for the three winning films authors from each category.

The professional jury will rate the films and will choose the winners. The selection process will be after closing the application period, prior to the festival.

During the festival several workshops and lectures will be organized. Film students, amateurs or just film fans will get a chance to share with internationally recognized film producers/ screenwriters/ directors.

 Requirements & rules:

• If your film contains spoken language it must have English subtitles
• You can only apply with complete application form that can be submitted trough www.watchoutfilmfest.com – incomplete applications cannot be accepted
• Deadline is 30.04.2017
• We don't have any restrictions about length, genre or subject of the film
• It is your responsibility to secure clearance from the copyright holders of any copyrighted materials included within the submitted film. The festival organizers will not be held responsible for the unauthorized inclusion of any copyrighted materials within or relating to the submitted film
