Not exactly sure what this is and if it is relevant but well it sounds interesting. Lets say it is about an "experimental" way of using the media to share the news around the world: an honest way. Or at last that's what the introduction on the web site claims:

"Indymedia is a collective of independent media organizations and hundreds of journalists offering grassroots, non-corporate coverage. Indymedia is a democratic media outlet for the creation of radical, accurate, and passionate tellings of truth."
