Question about direct web link to download film

Hello,
I would like to submit my short film to Twisted Oyster festival.
I have uploaded the film on youtube but not on vimeo. Therefore it is not
available for downloading. I wonder if it is necessary for me to send you
a direct web link to download the film, or maybe it could happen later, in
case you decide to select it? In that case could I send it to you through
wetransfer.com or another online file transfer platform. Looking forward
to your reply.

Regards,
Akis Markopoulos
