The first edition of Shared Sight is going to take place at MATCA artspace, Colectiva Gazette and Gazette in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. We are expecting short film applications (max length 30`) from filmmakers/ film enthusiasts/ artists from all over the world. You can submit your film by sending us a download link including a short description of the film and a short bio of yours.
We are accepting all film categories submissions from experimental, video-art, fiction, documentary, etc.There is no entry fee for applying to the festival
Deadline: 24th of August @ 23.59We are going to announce the selected films soon after this date.The festival is going to take place at the end of September, more detalis TBA soon!
MATCA is an artist-run space from Cluj-Napoca, Romania, which is run by three young artists. It`s aim is to promote contemporary art with a primary focus on group exhibitions up until this point.
Shared Sight short film festival is the first attempt to broaden our comfort zone and connect with the film world. One of our main interest with this festival is to establish a network to help national and foreign filmmakers gain more visibility.
