MUFF promotes crushes without hierarchy of genres including an undisclosed love for the disturbed, the non-gender, the non-conformist, curious, weird, hilarious, vindictive, poetic, pornographic or boring.

This call is open to all styles regardless of genres enjoying new forms and new narrative styles. The open call is submitted to the public vote which will award the «Audience Award» to the favorite film. This competition will be presented in a program in two screenings in free entrance and thee screening of films is free of fees. Films have to respect a duration from 3 to 23 minutes and have to be completed after 2016.

The Marseille Underground Film & Music Festival supports artistic audiovisual productions from alternative and underground cultures and composes a program based on thematic feature films, a competition of short films resulting from an open call, concerts, exhibitions and artistic workshops from 24 to 28 October 2018 in different locations in the city of Marseille.
