Crnjevo International Experimental Film Festival [CIEFF] 2018

The first edition Idi I Smotri Of International Experimental Video/Film Festival will be held in natural environment of the highland area of the city of Ivanjica called Crnjevo (Serbia).

The topic and the title of this years first edition is taken from the Russian movie Idi i Smotri (Come and See) and it calls upon the freely understood use of the title and of  the video experimentation in accordance to nature, but not just nature itself, there could be also more transsgresive approaches to the video/film experimentation, which means that there are non-restrictive guidelines. You can send us the following formats:

ABSTRACT FILMS/VIDEOS (NON-NARRATIVE), MUSIC VIDEOS, SHORT FILMS, VIDEO ART, DISTURBING-VIOLENT WORKS, AND FILMS THAT COULD ONLY BE TAKEN AS HYBRID!*

The dates for the screenings will follow the selection announcement. Any changes or additional information till dates of the screenings become known will be updated. Because the festival is currently in a low-budget and a sketch stage and it relays mostly upon the organizers enthusiasm, we can't provide the travel/accommodation costs, but we can recommend places for your stay. Festival will last for 3 days in the Fall (somewhere between the end of August / the beginning of September). And it will be located on the white square marked on the promotional photo. So prepare your works to show them at this wonderfully far-away hard approaching environment, which is why it's  a task to COME AND SEE! We can't wait to SEE what you have to show!
