We are glad to announce that we are now accepting submissions for 3° Edition of Dobra- Festival Internacional de Cinema Experimental, that will take place from September 11th to 16th in Rio de Janeiro, at the Cinematheque of the Museum of Modern Art.

To submit a film, you just have to fill the on-line Submission Form (Ficha de Inscrição), where there is a space to place an on-line link of your film, and the password to access it.  We won't be accepting physical media.

Rules

Short Films made since 2015, from anywhere in the world. Video, film, and new media will be accepted, and there is no imposed theme. Films should run not longer than 30 minutes.
